Nokia Siemens Networks, the phone equipment venture between Nokia Oyj and Siemens AG, is in talks with potential buyers of assets it plans to divest, Chief Executive Officer Rajeev Suri said in an interview Sunday.

Some of the units that are up for sale include the voice over Internet protocol, narrowband and carrier ethernet businesses, Suri said in Barcelona before the start of the Mobile World Congress Monday.
