News Corp. Said to Agree to $35 Million Sale of MySpace Website

News Corp. agreed to sell MySpace, the money-losing social networking website, to Specific Media for about $35 million, said a person with knowledge of the situation.

News Corp. will keep about a 5 percent stake in the website, said the person, who wasn’t authorized to speak publicly.
