LightSquared Lenders Seek to End Falcone's Control of Bankruptcy

A group of lenders to Philip A. Falcone’s LightSquared Inc. are seeking to end his control of the bankrupt company through a reorganization plan that will auction the company with a leading bid from L-Band Acquisition LLC, wholly owned by Dish Network Corp.

Lenders say the bid is worth $3.5 billion.
