KKR & Co. and Silver Lake Management LLC have made separate bids for Hulu LLC, according to people with knowledge of the situation.

Silver Lake is working with William Morris Endeavor Entertainment LLC, the talent agency led by Ari Emanuel, said the people, who sought anonymity because the bids aren’t public.

The new suitors join an auction that already includes DirecTV, Time Warner Cable Inc., Guggenheim Digital and the Chernin Group LLC, according to the people.

A KKR spokesman couldn’t be immediately reached for comment. A Silver Lake official declined to comment.
