Reuters: Italian Insurer Generali Mulls 8,000 Job Cuts

Generali, the biggest insurance company in Italy, is looking to fire 8,000 employees globally, Reuters reported.

The job cuts would be outside of Italy, an unnamed source told the news agency.

Generali is also Europe's third-largest insurer and has a workforce of more than 76,000 people.
