Advanced Micro Devices Inc. said its second-quarter sales will fall 11 percent from the previous period, reducing an earlier forecast that sales would rise as much as 6 percent.
AMD attributed the new forecast to slower-than-expected channel sales in China and Europe, as well as weaker consumer spending.
