Inspectors of the U.N. nuclear watchdog IAEA are not currently in Iran, the head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization Mohammad Eslami, said on Wednesday, according to state media.
International Atomic Energy Agency's inspectors can visit nuclear sites in Iran only if approved by Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Eslami added.
There had been unconfirmed reports in some Iranian media that inspectors were in the country.
