Supreme Court Associate Justice Stephen Breyer will appear as a guest on "The Late Show" when Stephen Colbert takes over as host in September,
Mediaite reports.
Breyer is listed as a guest on the first day of Colbert's second week on the air as David Letterman's replacement. He'll be on Monday, September 14 with actress Emily Blunt and musical guest The Dead Weather, according to a schedule released by the show.
The second week will conclude with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon on Thursday, September 17, and Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders on Friday, September 18.
The show already has announced that GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush will appear on Colbert's first show on Tuesday, September 8.
Colbert interviewed former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens on his Comedy Central show, "The Colbert Report."
