RIF Notices at Treasury Department Have Begun

RIF notices have begun at the Treasury Department, a spokesperson said Friday, the 10th day of a federal government shutdown.

Earlier in the day, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Russell Vought said layoffs in the federal government had officially started, although specifics were not announced.
