A Trump-branded helicopter landed at Mar-a-Lago's recently approved landing pad Saturday, but President Donald Trump was not a passenger, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

It was the first reported landing for a helicopter at the "Winter White House" using the landing pad intended for Marine One, but President Trump returned from a golf outing Saturday in the presidential motorcade, according to the report.

The Secret Service has mandated road closures and commercial vehicle restrictions around Mar-a-Lago during President Trump's visits, but those will be unaffected by opening of the helicopter pad, the Daily News reported.

The helicopter pad was built to avoid the presidential motorcade tying up Mar-a-Lago traffic, but Marine One has not yet been used during his weekend visits, according to the report.
