House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., called former White House communications director Hope Hicks "Ms. Lewandowski" several times during her closed-door meeting with the panel this week.

CNN's Abby Phillip posted a screenshot of one of the instances on her Twitter account, which shows a portion of the transcript of Hicks' testimony.

"Ms. Lewandowski, I think, in reading this —" Nadler said.

Hicks interjected and said, "My name is Ms. Hicks."

Nadler responded by saying, in part, "I'm sorry, Ms. Hicks. I'm preoccupied."

Hicks was romantically linked at one point to Corey Lewandowski, who was campaign manager for the Trump campaign until weeks before the 2016 Republican National Convention.

Mediaite posted other segments of the transcript, which showed Nadler referring to Hicks as "Ms. Lewandowski" multiple times.

Nadler did ask Hicks about Lewandowski, his role on the campaign, and her relationship with him.

Hicks, who now works as the chief communications officer and executive vice president of Fox, would not answer questions about her time in the White House. She left the Trump administration in March 2018.
