Donald Trump Jr. and girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle are fleeing New York's Hamptons for Florida after selling their Bridgehampton mansion for $8.14 million in an off-market deal that was done quickly, the New York Post reported.

The home, purchased for just $4.5 million in 2019, was 9,200 square feet with seven bedrooms on 4 acres, featuring "heated gunite pool and spa, waterfall, and direct waterfront access onto the 25-acre natural spring fed pond," according to the report.
James Giugliano of "Million Dollar Beach House" and Shawn Egan were the real estate brokers, the source told Page Six.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle have been rumored to be under contract for a 7-bedroom, 12-bath Jupiter, Florida, mansion for $11 million in Admirals Cove, but the source said they have not yet bought another home.
Guilfoyle was looking to buy a mansion next door for $9.5 million, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner bought a $30 million plot on "Billionaire’s Bunker" on Miami's Indian Creek Island, per the Post, while Tiffany Trump was reportedly looking at settling into a place on South Beach in Miami.
