Brooklyn bars are having to juggle showing a playoff hockey game with the Democrat presidential debate Thursday night — at the request of its hipster customer base.

The New York Post interviewed some bar owners, who said their patrons want to see how Hillary Clinton fares against Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in the debate that is taking place at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

"The liberals get a little vicious here," bar owner Ryan Khal told the Post. He expects roughly 125 people to watch the debate at his bar.

"It's pretty cool this year that New York is finally a really important primary."

Another bar owner said several Sanders supporters asked him to show the debate alongside the playoff hockey game between the New York Islanders and Florida Panthers.

"A bunch of young people approached me … they're more Bernie-centric," Billy Caine told the Post. "We're one of the few bars in the area with TVs."

Caine said he will have the debate and the game on, with audio of the debate being played over the sound system.

Clinton leads Sanders in New York polls ahead of next Tuesday's primary, with Real Clear Politics giving her 52.6 percent of voters' support in an average of several polls. Sanders has 39.3 percent support.

Former New York congressman Anthony Weiner, whose wife Huma Abedin is a long-time aide to Clinton, said Wednesday Clinton is not a well-rounded politician.

"[Clinton] wins debates. Like, she's really good at that," Weiner said. "You can make an argument she is not the best on-her-feet politician, but when it comes to substance and asking and answering questions, she's good at that stuff."

Weiner added that Clinton falls short when it comes to working a rope line to greet supporters.

"She doesn't have that, and I think she's always … held to a high standard she's never going to attain," he said.
