Twins Rubber Bands Home Movie Goes Viral, Gets Lots of Laughs (Video)

An adorable new viral video of twin babies playing with rubber bands shows that it doesn't take much to amuse children.

Captured in a home video, a set of twin boys has the time of their lives snapping rubber bands on the kitchen cabinet handles. The babies are hysterically laughing the whole time, and viewers ate up every second of it.
