Tiffany Leiseth, a married substitute teacher in Pennsylvania, is facing criminal charges for allegedly having sex with two of her students, even though both boys were consenting adults at the time.
Police say that Leiseth, 26, sent nude photos of herself to two senior boys, who later told officials that they both had sex with their long-term substitute English teacher at her home — one on the last day of school and
the other a day later, according to WPXI.com.
One of the boys also reportedly told police that Leiseth gave him alcohol while he was at her house.

Even though the 18-year-old boys were done with school, they had not yet graduated, meaning they were technically still students when they engaged in sexual activities with Leiseth.
"Regardless of your age, whether you’re an adult or not, if you’re a high school student, a teacher cannot have sexual relations with you," Moon Township Police Chief Leo McCarthy told WPXI.com.
Police began investigating in May after the New Brighton School District superintendent received two reports about an inappropriate relationship between two seniors and a teacher.
"They had a rumor that a school teacher was sending nude photographs of herself to two male students," McCarthy said. "They followed up on that rumor and they found those students, and they found the nude photographs, and they identified the teacher."
Leiseth, who was fired by the school district, now faces charges including furnishing alcohol to a minor and institutional sexual assault.
"It’s a felony of the third degree," McCarthy said of the institutional sexual assault charge. "This crime came on the books around 2007. It’s designed to give people who are being supervised by others protection."
