Taylor Swift has everyone guessing about the meaning of a short video of a snake on her Instagram page after deleting virtually all of her social media presence last week.

Swift deleted her posts on Instagram and Tumblr, got rid of her Twitter and Facebook avatar picture and header, while her website became nothing but a blank page on Friday, Billboard reported.

Then on Monday Swift posted a short, grainy video of a snake on Twitter and other social media platforms.

Billboard said some fans believed it was a way to tell fans that she has something coming, like a new album. Others pointed to that it may be a signal that the singing star wanted privacy after winning a civil sexual assault case against a former Denver disc jockey.

On Aug. 14, a federal jury found in favor of Swift after she charged David Mueller, who worked at a local radio station in Denver, with groped her during a meet-and-greet at one of her concerts in 2013, National Public Radio said.

Swift said the federal case and verdict was larger than her. She asked for a symbolic $1 in damages.

After the verdict, Swift made a donation to the Joyful Heart Foundation, a nonprofit created by "Law & Order SVU" star Mariska Hargitay that seeks to help sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse victims, the Huffington Post reported.

"I acknowledge the privilege that I benefit from in life, in society and in my ability to shoulder the enormous cost of defending myself in a trial like this," Swift said in a statement released, per the HuffPost. "My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard."

Fans cheered on Swift after the video was posted.
