Taylor Swift donated $50,000 to a 13-month-old boy with cancer this week, helping max out a fundraiser promoted by his uncle, one of Taylor's dancers on the 1989 World Tour.

"So I get off the plane in Toronto and this is the 1st thing I see... @TaylorSwift is an angel and My family and I can't thank her enough," Kim "Toshi" Davidson wrote on Instagram, showing off a screenshot of the singer's donation on young Ayden's GoFundMe page.

"She is such an incredible human being... This will help Lil Toshi in this time of need... Let's pray for him to beat this... This unexpected gift is truly a blessing."

Just a day earlier, on Wednesday, Davidson had posted an Instagram photo of him and his nephew to the social network, telling his story and promoting the GoFundMe link.

Apparently Swift saw the post, and made the donation as a total surprise to her dancer and his nephew.

On Friday, it was reported on Ayden's GoFundMe page that he was headed for surgery.

"Baby Ayden will be going into surgery today, the fourth within the past couple of weeks. Doctors will be removing a sample of tissue from around his lungs and heart to determine what type of cancer he has and how far along the cancer is. They will also be putting in a port or arterial line to begin chemotherapy. Thank you again for the continued support and prayers," said a post on the page.

Swift is no stranger to charity, and just this past June made a $50,000 donation to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
