Susan Boyle, the Scottish songstress whose voice amazed "Britain's Got Talent" viewers and put her on the map in 2009, has sold out nearly every venue on her first live tour, which kicks off Monday night.
Concert organizers said
the Susan Boyle live Scotland tour shows are 98 percent sold out, Scotsman.com reported. Boyle, 52, is scheduled to perform a seven-night mini-tour of her home country, in Highlands, Aberdeen, Inverness, Dundee, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.
Boyle's first appearance on "Britain's Got Talent" skyrocketed her to international stardom. Though she placed second overall on the reality show, she went on to sell 19 million records and top the charts in more than 30 countries over the last four years.

"This tour is her way of thanking the Scottish public for their support since Britain’s Got Talent. They have been unbelievable," a rep for Boyle told Scotsman.com. "Audiences can expect something from her past four albums, and something different. There will be a complete range of music, from Tina Turner to Adele."
The tour will feature some of Boyle's best-known covers, including "I Dreamed A Dream," "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," and "Wild Horses."
"I'm really looking forward to getting on stage and singing with my own band for an entire show," Boyle told reporters when the tour was first announced. "This is the year that I feel that I would be able to give an audience what they want. I’ve always wanted to do my own show and now I feel confident enough to give it a go.
"If this works well, then the world is my oyster and 2014 will be a global tour. I wanted to begin in Scotland to say thank you for all the support I have been shown over the past few years. It feels right to begin another new experience in my home country."
