Steven Bauer, the 57-year-old actor who appeared in AMC’s “Breaking Bad” and 1983 film “Scarface,” showed off what appeared to be a new girlfriend last Monday as he and Lyda Loudon, 18, took to the red carpet together.
The extreme May-December romance elicited quite a few reactions online, with
Us Weekly writing “Age ain't nothing but a number!” and
Perez Hilton writing “Talk about robbing the cradle!”
Little is known about Loudon, but she is active on Twitter and Instagram, and tweeted out a note after Monday’s premiere of the new Woody Allen film, "Magic in the Moonlight."

"’Magic in the Moonlight’" premiere one of the best I've ever seen. melted my nonexistent heart,”
she wrote. Woody Allen is himself in a relationship with a significant age gap, having married Soon-Yi Previn, over 30 years his junior, in 1997.
In her Twitter profile, Louden describes herself as a “part-time nightmare-inspirer, journalist, host of Sarcasm Overdose, ceo, actress, unsalvageable degenerate film/music/cigar/espresso addict.”
The part about cigars is confirmed by Instagram, where she writes “I don't mind annoying everyone at the party with excessive smoke . . . I'm that jerk.”
Lyda Loudon appears to be the daughter of former Missouri State Senator John Loudon. When she was just 14 she founded the Tea Party Youth, "the only youth-founded, youth-owned and youth-controlled movement exclusively dedicated to the Tea Party's future." She can be seen below singing "God Bless America" at a rally in 2010.
Bauer was previously married to Melanie Griffith. They have a son who is 28 years old.
