Shia LaBeouf Wears Paper Bag on Head on Red Carpet at Berlin Festival

Shia LaBeouf continued his bizarre behavior over the weekend when he walked the red carpet at the Berlin Film Festival with a brown paper bag over his head just hours after storming out of a news conference.

The 27-year-old has been acting out ever since it was revealed in December that nearly the entire storyline of his short film "HowardCantour.com" was ripped from graphic artist Daniel Clowes' comic "Justin M. Damiano," line for line.

To make matters worse, LeBeouf apologized with a tweet that was found to be partially copied and pasted from a Yahoo! Answers forum. He then posted a string of other plagiarized apologies, apparently trying to mock the entire situation, before announcing last month that he is retiring from "public life."

LaBeouf has tweeted the above statement every day since Jan. 20 and continued to echo the sentiment Sunday when he scrawled "I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE" on a brown paper bag that he wore on his head.

LaBeouf was at the film festival promoting Lars von Trier's upcoming "Nymphomaniac, Volume I." Earlier in the day, the actor walked out of a news conference after an odd exchange with a reporter.

When asked what it was like being in a film with so many sex scenes, LaBeouf cryptically responded, "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. Thank you very much," before walking out.

His weird statement is reportedly a quote from French soccer player Eric Cantona, who said it during a 1995 news conference, according to the Los Angeles Times.
