At least two people are dead after a news helicopter crashed just feet from the Seattle Space Needle on Tuesday, engulfing two passing cars in flames.
According to The Associated Press, the helicopter was a KOMO news chopper that was attempting to land on a nearby building.

In addition to the two casualties, KIRO 7 News coverage reported that a 38-year-old man who was in one of the cars was taken to Harborview Medical Center's trauma and burn center in critical condition.
