Walmart shopper Rodney Fowler is accused of trying to shoplift steaks by sitting on them while riding his motorized scooter through the big box store in South Carolina – and at 350 pounds, he had lots of butt to cover the meat.

The Smoking Gun website cited a Tuesday police report that said Fowler was stopped by store security in the parking lot in Spartanburg.

According to the police report, a witness in the meat department saw Fowler select five packs of rib-eye steaks and place them in the seat of his motorized scooter commonly used by disabled shoppers.

Fowler then sat on the steaks as he rode around the store and eventually "exited the store passing all points of sale, without attempting to pay for said merchandise," according to the police report.

Fowler was brought back into the store and placed under arrest, but because he weighed so much police had to use two pairs of handcuffs to secure him.

Fowler was booked into the county jail in Spartanburg just, according to county booking website GoUpState.com.

The steak-sitting incident amused several people on social media.
