Arizona Cardinals rookie receiver Robert Gill may be the fastest man in the NFL. A video of him running a staggering 25 mph on a treadmill amazes the Internet.
Gill, 29, is captured on tape as he revvs up a treadmill before hopping on for a quick six-second sprint.
The average person can get up to around 5 or 6 mph on a treadmill, USA Today notes, so Gill's 25 mph feat is truly extraordinary.
The clip quickly made the Internet rounds, sparking amazed reactions on Twitter and YouTube.

"He seriously looked like a cartoon when he started running," one person commented. "That was some Wile E. Coyote s—."
"That could have ended horribly wrong," one said.
"Most people have a hard time getting a bicycle up to 25 mph. As for me, I think watching him try to stop would be a hoot."
"Wow...that is really something!!!! I would kill myself if I tried that," another posted. "I generally walk at about 3.5 mph on my treadmill and I feel that is a workout."
Gill, often called the oldest rookie in the NFL, was a track star at Texas State University before pursuing his football career.
"I was never really a track guy," Gill told azcardinals.com. "They say some track guys can't play football. I was an athlete who can run track. Everything I do I will myself. I came in [to Texas State] just a regular 400 runner. The next year I wanted it so bad, I willed myself to be one of the best 400 runners in the country."
