Pamela Anderson has joined in on the pixie haircut craze.

The "Baywatch" bombshell, known for her long blonde tresses, was spotted in Los Angeles Wednesday with her film producer ex-husband Rick Salomon looking almost unrecognizable with a new, short 'do.

Though some Twitter users suspected Anderson's pixie haircut might just be a wig, others thought she looked amazing.

Anderson appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last week and addressed the rumors that she and Salomon are rekindling their romance. The pair married in Oct. 2007, but the marriage was annulled just four months later.

"I say we're best friends... with benefits," Anderson said of Salomon. "I don't want to meet anyone else... I'm very happy. We're happy. He's a great guy."

Anderson isn’t the only celebrity to debut a pixie haircut this week. Actress and singer Jennifer Hudson also rocked the cropped style at BET's Black Girls Rock event in Newark, N.J., Saturday.

The pixie style has become something of a hair trend lately, with celebs like Miley Cyrus, Charlize Theron, and Michelle Williams all sporting the chopped-off look.
