A group of anti-Trump celebrities is partnering with leftist activists to hold a “People’s State of the Union” on the eve of the yearly speech by the president.

Among the celebrities participating in the New York City event are actors Mark Ruffalo, Alyssa Milano, Rosie Perez, and Whoopi Goldberg, along with filmmaker Michael Moore, Fox News reported. The gathering place will be the Town Hall in Manhattan, the place where suffragists met in the 1920s.

Unions, Planned Parenthood, and the Women’s March organizers also will be represented at the event, which costs $47 per person to attend. We Stand United, the group that organized the event, will formally launch at the event.

“We’re all going to work together across all different movements to make sure that we win back Congress in 2018 and hold this president in check,” We Stand United Campaign Director Julia Walsh said, Fox News reported.

Ruffalo called it “the mother of all movements.”

According to USA Today, Andra Day and rapper Common will sing “Stand Up for Something” from the movie “Marshall,” which was nominated for a Grammy and an Oscar, USA Today reported.

The gathering will be livestreamed at peoplessotu.org.

Milano plans to launch an initiative online on the heels of the event called #StateOfThe Dream, which will support immigrants and raise money for the youth-led immigrant organization United We Dream, USA Today reported.

Milano is calling for people to post brief videos about their dream for America and post them during the president’s speech at 9 p.m. EST with the hashtag.
