The Tom Brady-Bill Belichick-Robert Kraft dynasty with the New England Patriots is showing cracks, according to an ESPN report revealing that the star quarterback, coach, and owner of the defending Super Bowl champs have been at odds for months.

The disagreements – which span from Brady's body coach Alex Guerrero, to the trade of team's backup quarterback who Belichick wanted to stay, to the coach's demanding style – have reached a point where some believe this may be the last year all three are together, ESPN said.

The Boston Globe reported that Belichick curbed the privileges of Guerrero in December, who was also Brady's business partner, which included sideline passes and treating other players at his TB12 Clinic while bypassing team physicians.

ESPN said Belichick was concerned that some players felt pressure to seek out Guerrero to win favor with Brady, whose stature had grown since leading the team to its fifth Super Bowl title last year.

Sources told ESPN that Belichick's demanding coaching style had started to wear on the quarterback. The coach reportedly tore into the quarterback in front of his teammates after a playoff win against the Houston Texans, in which the quarterback threw two interceptions.

Belichick's criticism of Brady, 40, continued this year, despite Brady leading the Patriots to the best record in the AFC and overcoming injuries, ESPN reported.

ESPN said another point of contention that drew in owner Robert Kraft was former backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, who Belichick reportedly saw as Brady's potential replacement. Brady, who wants to play into his mid-40s, reportedly saw him as a threat to his position.

Kraft agreed to trade Garoppolo to the San Francisco 49ers just before the Nov. 1 deadline, surprising many of the Patriots staffers, according to ESPN, an apparent siding with Brady over Belichick.

ESPN said the three were scheduled to meet in December to clear the air but the meeting never happened and may not until the end of the season. The network said insiders believe that Kraft will try to find a solution to the perceived impasses.

The Globe said that so far Belichick and Brady, who have been together for more than 18 years, have kept their disagreements private and not aired them publicly as they fight for another NFL crown.
