Pat Boone double downed on his criticism of "SNL" on Glenn Beck's radio show for a skit mocking the movie "God's Not Dead 2," and Mike Huckabee added his objections, too.

Boone had already slammed "Saturday Night Live" in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter on Monday, charging that the movie trailer parody titled "God Is a Boob Man" was anti-Christian and anti-Semitic.

"Satan ridicules faith, and they're taking Satan's side," Boon told THR. "They're also ridiculing me and the film, telling impressionable young people not to see it because it's ridiculous. Then they throw in that the lawyer is Jewish to make the Christian look even worse, but it's just anti-Semitic."

He repeated the criticism with Glenn Beck on Thursday, according to a Soundcloud recording of the show.

"It was such a good show and they could be so funny without being dirty or sacrilegious," Boone told Beck. "But for some reason they rouse their audience, the ultra-liberal and the kids who've never been taught what's right. So they think it's all hilarious and good fun."

Huckabee supported Boone and "God's Not Dead 2" telling people to go out and see the movie.

"I've been on 'SNL,'" Huckabee told THR. "I get it. It's parody. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's not. But in essence, what 'SNL' says is that you’re free to express an opinion if you’re in agreement with the left, and with those who run the networks and film studios, but if you disagree with them it's hate speech that should be shut down."

"I'm not calling for a boycott of 'SNL.' I'm calling for a 'buycott' of the movie. Buy a ticket, see it for yourself, then see if the 'SNL' parody is fair or mean-spirited."

"God's Not Dead 2" has been in the theaters since April 1. It stars Melissa Joan Hart as a public school teacher who gets in trouble for answering a question about Jesus Christ in class. The 81-year-old Boone, Ernie Hudson and the late Fred Thompson, also appear in the movie.
