Nicholas Kallsen, 48, best known as Brad Pitt's co-star in the 1990 Fox series "Glory Days" and Pitt's former roommate, died this month in Thailand from a suspected overdose.

Kallsen's friend Michael Dorrian confirmed his death on Facebook. Dorrian is the founder of the Manhattan restaurant Dorrian's Red Hand, where Kallsen regularly visited, noted Us Weekly.

"R.I.P. My old friend. Nick Kallsen. Sadly passed away earlier this month," Dorrian wrote on Facebook. "Will always remember the good times, a big part of my past has gone and breaks my heart."

"Glory Days" lasted one season on Fox, starring Kallsen as Peter "T-Bone" Trigg, Pitt as Walker Lovejoy; Spike Alexander as Dave Rotecki and Evan Mirand as Dominic Fopiano.

"In high school Walker, Peter, Dominic and Dave were the closest friends. But now they start going different ways: Walker becomes journalist, Dave Rotecki cop, Dominic Fopiano college student – only Trigg can't decide yet," read the storyline of the short-lived series.

The New York Post reported that Kallsen attended The Browning School, in exclusive boys' school in Manhattan that counts John D. Rockefeller Jr., Arthur Ochs Sulzberger and Howard Dean as its alumni.

Pitt and Kallsen were both up for a role that Pitt eventually got in 1991's "Thelma & Louise," but Kallsen overslept and missed his audition.

Kallsen also appeared in the John Cusack movie "Say Anything" in 1989 and "The Seventh Coin" in 1993, with Peter O'Toole and Alexandra Powers.

A video was posted on YouTube Monday of Kallsen appearing in a Levi's jeans ad in 1988, according to London's Daily Mail.

A few posted messages on Twitter about Kallsen's death.
