New Cosby accusers continue to come forward with rape allegations against the comedian, the latest of which is Therese Serignese, 57, a registered nurse from Florida.

Serignese, the seventh woman to go on record against Cosby, reached out to The Huffington Post to tell her story, which took place in 1976 when she was just 19 years old.

Serignese said she met Cosby in the gift shop of the Hilton hotel in Las Vegas.

"Somebody came up to me and put their arm around my neck from the back and said: 'Will you marry me?'" said Serignese. "And I turned around to see who it was, and it was Bill Cosby."

She said he invited her to his stand-up show, and she obliged. After the show, she was invited back to the green room. After it was just the two of them, Cosby reportedly produced two white pills and instructed her to take them with a glass of water.

"The next memory I have was I was in a bathroom and I was kind of bending forward and he was behind me having sex with me," she said. "I was just there, thinking 'I'm on drugs, I'm drugged.' I felt drugged and I was being raped and it was kind of surreal. My frame of mind was that it would be over soon and I could just get out of there."

Serignese confided in her mother, telling her about the incident, and her mother said that maybe Cosby would "take care of you." She said she called Cosby, and he put her up in the penthouse of the Hilton for weeks, but ultimately kicked her out after a pregnancy scare. They stayed in contact, and she reportedly had a sexual encounter with him again in 1985. In 1996, she received a $5,000 check from Cosby's agent after she got in a car accident.

In 2005, she heard about Andrea Constand's civil suit against Cosby, and contacted the Philadelphia police. She then become one of 13 "Jane Does" that agreed to testify. She, nor any of the 13, ever got a chance to do so, however, as the case was soon settled out of court.

In an interview with NBC affiliate WPTV, Serignese said she doesn't want anything from Cosby but an apology.

"You do owe me an explanation for why you did this to me. I want an apology. I want you to apologize for hurting me. I want you to apologize for taking advantage of me," she said.
