Michael Buble will begin to tour with limited dates after suspending his music career when his son was diagnosed with cancer last year.

Buble will play a July 13 concert at BST Hyde Park in London, a video posted on Twitter announced, with tickets going on sale Nov. 17 for the show. He also will play limited shows next summer in other locations.

Buble and his wife, actress Luisana Lopilato, both stopped their professional work to focus on their 4-year-old son, Noah, when he was diagnosed with an unspecified type of cancer in November 2016.

The singer had released his ninth album, “Nobody But Me,” in October 2016, but canceled his planned tour to promote the album. He also canceled his planned hosting of the Brit Awards and the Junos, at which he was supposed to perform.

In February, the couple made a statement that their son was “progressing well” with the cancer treatments, adding that “the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy.”

Buble was honored at the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award in Ottawa in June. “You’ve chosen to bestow this honor on me during what has been an emotional and difficult time for my family,” he said at the time.

The singer has sold 50 million albums and won numerous awards for his music.
