Megyn Kelly Accidentally Turns Huckabee's Name Into 'F' Word

Fox News host Megyn Kelly of "The Kelly File" accidentally turned the name of  former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee into the "F' word, setting off an explosion on Twitter.

"Joining me now, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, who's the host of 'F***abee – Huckabee!" Kelly said, according to Politico, reminding viewers that Huckabee is the host of his own show on Fox News.

Though Kelly quickly corrected her error in introducing Huckabee on Monday, she never acknowledged it in the four-hour interview, according to the Daily Mail. Fox News host did address the error later in the show.

Twitter response on Kelly's mistake was still resonating but had slowed by Tuesday.


Kelly is considered one of the Fox News' top cable stars. Kelly, who worked as an attorney before getting her start in local television in Washington, D.C., joined Fox News as it Washington-based correspondent in 2004, according to her bio. She also served as the co-anchor of Fox News's "America's Election Headquarters" during the 2012 political season.
