Marilyn Hartman, the "serial stowaway," was arrested on Sunday at Chicago O'Hare International Airport, three days after she was released from jail in connection with another ticketless incident in which she flew to London.

Chicago Police were called to the airport about 1:25 a.m. on a report of a woman refusing to leave and found Hartman, 66, in Terminal 3, CNN reported. She was arrested on misdemeanor criminal trespass and violation of bail bond, Chicago Police said.

Hartman, who lives in suburban Grayslake, Illinois, was ordered to be electronically monitored on new charges of trespassing scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, CNN said.

A Cook County judge on Thursday had reduced her bond and dropped her requirement that she be placed on electronic monitoring almost two weeks after she dodged security at O'Hare and flew to London, WBBM-TV reported.

Without a passport or ticket, Hartman managed to get on a British Airways flight on Jan. 14 and flew to London's Heathrow Airport, the television station said. But once Heathrow officials found out she did not have a passport, she was flown back to Chicago and charged with trespassing and theft.

The Chicago Tribune reported that Associate Judge Donald Panarese Jr. warned Hartman three times on Thursday to stay away from O'Hare and Chicago Midway International Airport while lowering her bond from $25,000 to $10,000.

In the Jan. 14 incident, prosecutors charged that Hartman used her hair to hide her face and walk past two federal Transportation Security Administration pre-check agents who were checking boarding passes about 2 p.m., the Tribune said.

After eluding agents, Hartman allegedly went to a terminal and tried to board a plane to Connecticut, but was spotted by a flight agent, assistant state's attorney Maria McCarthy previously told the court.

Hartman, who had been attempting to get on flights without tickets at least since 2014, caught a shuttle bus to the international terminal and slept there overnight, prosecutor said.

The next day, Hartman got past British Airways ticket agents and a Customs and Border Patrol officer, and onto a plane, sitting in an empty seat and flew to Heathrow Airport, the newspaper stated.

But Hartman could not get by a Heathrow customs agent who flagged her for not having proper documentation, McCarthy said, per the Tribune.
