Rapper Kodak Black was arrested again in Broward County, Florida on Thursday, this time while live-streaming on Instagram.

Kodak Black, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was charged with seven felony counts including several firearms charges, child neglect, marijuana possession, and probation violation, Variety reported. Bail was denied at a hearing Friday, and Octave must stay in jail until his attorney can make another bail request at a later date.

Octave could be heard on the audio of his arrest complaining about his “$800 phone” being taken as part of the search warrant, Variety reported.

Octave has had a string of recent arrests, including in May 2016 for armed robbery, false imprisonment, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent. In October, he was indicted in South Carolina for first-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly assaulting a teen girl at a hotel after a concert at a nightclub in November 2016.

He was under house arrest for the May 2016 charges, but violated it in February, resulting in anger management, which he recently completed, Variety reported.

Kodak Black has 5 million Instagram followers and 1.7 million Twitter followers. On Thursday he tweeted the name of a judge that sets bail requirements with the address of the Joseph V. Conte Facility, which houses inmates as they await trial in Broward County, Page Six reported.

According to TMZ, the arrest on Thursday came after police allegedly saw Octave’s infant child surrounded by drugs and a handgun on an Instagram Live video, and that Octave did nothing to protect the child during the video, which showed the infant being held inches away from a lit joint and the weapon.
