Two years ago, British model Karen Elson and musician Jack White threw a joint party to celebrate their divorce, but now a judge has approved a restraining order to keep the former White Stripes front man away from his estranged wife.
Elson and White, who live in Nashville, Tenn., divorced in 2011 after six years of marriage, vowing to work together to co-parent their two children, but now it seems the friendly relationship between the two has soured.
White was slapped with a protective order July 22 accusing him of harassing behavior and is now barred from having "any contact with wife whatsoever except as it relates to parenting time with the parties' minor children." He is only allowed to contact Elson via email.

"Wife fears for her and the children’s safety as a result of this harassment," according to the restraining order, which went on to describe how White reportedly contacted Elson's paralegal "in an inappropriate and aggressive manner."
The order also detailed other harassment allegations. White is said to have also made derogatory comments about Elson to the couple's shared business manager meant to
"harass and embarrass" her, according to The Telegraph.

Elson opened up about the "emotional" divorce to Harper's Bazaar back in April.
"You have a responsibility to your children," she said. "It's not like splitting up with a boyfriend in your twenties. You are breaking up with a whole life. It's not an easy process. But you've got to be friends, there is no choice. I am the product of a divorced family so I felt a responsibility to make that happen."
