Actor Kal Penn "can't stop laughing" after the Russian ambassador to the U.K. tweeted a photo of his "Harold & Kumar" character to make a point about terrorism.
"I can't stop laughing," the actor tweeted after Alexander Yakovenko sent out a message saying the U.S. was threatening to cut off support in Iraq against ISIS if the country went to the Russians for help.
"The terrorists must be rejoicing," Yakovenko said.
Penn, who is a former White House staffer, got a direct response on Twitter from the U.K.'s Russian Embassy, which clarified that they were looking for a photo of a terrorist laughing, which is difficult to find.
The Internet, of course, is having fun with the back-and-forth Twitter talk between the embassy and Penn.
Penn didn't let it go, either. He later tweeted a photo of Russian fighter Ivan Drago from "Rocky IV":
