“I’m not feeling too good, I think I’m out of energy,” he told the crowd. The 19-year-old apologized, blew a kiss, and then exited the stage.
As proof, he posted a photo on Instagram that showed him receiving intravenous fluids.
The pop star also experienced stomach issues that caused him to vomit on stage during a performance in Glendale, Calif., last year.
His South American tour has been marked by wild behavior and legal issues.
He was charged with vandalism in Rio de Janeiro and required to pay a fine for spray-painting graffiti.
He was also recorded asleep in a viral video many attribute to a prostitute.
Bieber also ended a concert in Brazil after someone threw a plastic bottle at him.
He is scheduled to perform Tuesday in Santiago.
