Pop singer and NBC's "Fashion Star" judge Jessica Simpson welcomed her second child Sunday with fiancé Eric Johnson, a baby boy named Ace Knute Johnson.
The baby was delivered Sunday via scheduled C-section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He joins big sister Maxwell, 14 months.
"Ace Knute [pronounced Ka-nute] Johnson has arrived!
Mom and baby are doing great," Simpson's rep told Us Magazine. "Jessica, Eric, and Maxwell are thrilled to welcome the new addition to their family."
The baby's middle name honors Johnson's Swedish paternal grandfather, Knute Johnson.

Simpson, 32, and former New Orleans Saints tight end Johnson, 33, have been engaged since the fall of 2010 but postponed the wedding twice after back-to-back unexpected pregnancies.
"Motherhood is a dream," the singer told Katie Couric on the host's daytime show "Katie" in September 2012, shortly after she had Maxwell. "It really is absolutely amazing."
Simpson has faced relentless scrutiny in the tabloids for her weight gain with both pregnancies.
"I put on more baby weight than I was planning on putting on [with my first pregnancy]," Simpson told Couric back in 2012. "I really have to separate myself from the world's expectations and really just look inside myself and be healthy with myself. I want to be a phenomenal role model for my child."
Her second pregnancy was a lot more difficult than the first, Simpson told Ellen DeGeneres in March.
"This pregnancy is the complete opposite," Simpson said on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "Like with Maxwell, I felt amazing. Like I could do everything, eat everything. Do whatever I wanted. I had a lot of energy. This time around… I'm like exhausted. Eating Tums. That's my snack of choice."
Simpson also accidentally revealed her baby's gender back in March during an appearance on the "Jimmy Kimmel" show.
