Harper Yeats is just 5 months old but in the next week she is expected to have seen all 50 U.S. states with her parents, who have been road-tripping across the country for the past few months.
Seeing every state has always been a goal of her parents, Cindy Lim and Tristan Yeats, who live in Canada, ABC News reported.
The baby girl's parents previously visited 19 states but decided to restart their trip after learning about the All Fifty States Club, which was created to recognize those who have visited all 50 states, according to the group's website.
Little Harper Yeates just happened to be in on the journey, which started in June, and now she could become the youngest person to travel to all 50 states.
"Based on the info on the All Fifty States Club, we suspect she is going to be the youngest," Lim said, according to ABC.
She and Tristan Yeats have already applied for the Guinness World Record for the youngest child to have visited every state in the country, a record that needs to be created, but once the family cross the border of Vermont in the next few days, they can submit evidence of their trip.
An Instagram account has been set up to document their experience.
The first photo, of Harper Yeats at the Maine crossing point, was posted on June 18.
"We crossed the Canada/USA border earlier today, marking my very first international trip as well as my first USA state," the caption reads.
Since then her parents have posted a photo at each state line and, while they hope to make a Guinness World Record, the trip is mostly about family time.
"The real highlight of the trip is being able to make memories as a family on the road and Harper checking off milestones all over the country," Lim said, according to ABC News. "It means so many places around the U.S.A. are going to be unforgettable to us in the years to come."
