Is Greta Van Susteren leaving Fox News? Despite an adamant denial earlier this week, the speculation that the host of "On the Record With Greta Van Susteren" is leaving her prime time slot to move to CNN just won't die down.
The rumors started swirling this week after
Mediaite reported that Van Susteren initiated talks with CNN earlier this spring. She got her start at the network as a legal analyst from 1994 to 2002.

The allegations were bolstered by a Tuesday New York Times article about fellow Fox anchor Megyn Kelly joining the prime time lineup, further fueling the buzz that Van Susteren's "On the Record" could be bumped from its coveted 10 p.m. time slot.
"Several Web sites, including Mediaite, reported this week that Ms. Van Susteren had held talks with CNN,
seeking a job at that network," the Times' Bill Carter wrote. "A CNN executive confirmed Tuesday that those talks had taken place."
Van Susteren denied that she was seeking a move to CNN with a tweet and a blog post.
"I am not going anywhere," Van Susteren wrote on her blog Tuesday (though the post appears to have been deleted). "I have a long term contract with Fox News Channel and it is for a daily cable news show in 'prime time.' Don't you love the courage of the anonymous sources? And those who then speculate from there?"
