Don Imus' New Mexico ranch, once listed for $35 million and most recently reduced to $19 million, finally sold for $12.5 million, according to the New York Post.

"An acceptable offer came in this week," Thomas Industries’ Executive VP Barry Chappel told the Post.

According to the report, the 10-bedroom, 3,400-acre ranch out of Santa Fe, New Mexico, was sold to the Cowboy Channel's Patrick Gottsch, who founded Rural Media Group and once picked up Imus' show for two years after the CBS radio host was fired for his comments ripping members of the Rutgers women's basketball team.

The Imus ranch once hosted children with cancer, but that stopped in 2014 when the radio host broke a rib from a fall off a horse there, per the Post.

Imus, 77, retired from his radio show in March.
