Suzanne Somers Competing on 'Dancing With the Stars'

By    |   Tuesday, 24 February 2015 10:13 AM EST

The new cast of "Dancing With the Stars" was unveiled this week and the lineup for the show's 10-year anniversary cycle boasts a double amputee Army veteran, a former Thighmaster queen, a 70-year-old soul music legend, and the first openly gay NFL player, among others.

Iraq War veteran Noah Galloway, Suzanne Somers, Patti LaBelle, and Michael Sam are just a few of the 12 celebrities who will strut their stuff for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy on Season 20 of the competitive dancing reality dancing show.

The cast was revealed Tuesday on "Good Morning America" and paired with their pro partners. Other notable contenders this season are Willow Shields, the "Hunger Games" actress who, at 14, will be the youngest person to ever compete on the show; "Shark Tank" mogul Robert Herjavec; Rumer Willis, the actress daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore; and Charlotte McKinney, who wowed everyone earlier this month in a racy Super Bowl ad for Carl's Jr.

Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin was a last-minute addition to the show. She will be teaming up with longtime "DWTS" pro Derek Hough, who previously said he would not be able to participate this season because of his commitment to performing in the Radio City Spring Spectacular in New York City.

The two will face a tough rehearsal schedule as they are both based in New York — Liukin is a student at New York University — and will fly to Los Angeles every Monday for the "DWTS" live taping.

Rounding out the cast are Riker Lynch, a singer-songwriter with the pop-rock group R5, and Redfoo, one-half of the electronic dance duo LMFAO.

The final celebrity cast member, who will pair up with reigning pro champion Whitney Carson, will be revealed before the premiere on March 16, according to ABC News.

Season 19 champion Alfonso Ribeiro of "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" fame was on hand Tuesday to offer some advice to the new cast.

"I would say to everybody is that simply it is a marathon, not a sprint," he said. "It's not about winning week one, it’s about winning that final week. You have to pace yourself."

Below are the celebrity-pro pairings for the 10-year anniversary Season 20:

Noah Galloway with Sharna Burgess
Robert Herjavec with Kym Johnson
Patti LaBelle with Artem Chigvintsev
Nastia Liukin with Derek Hough
Riker Lynch with Allison Holker
Charlotte McKinney with Keo Motsepe
RedFoo with Emma Slater
Michael Sam with Peta Murgatroyd
Willow Shields with Mark Ballas
Suzanne Somers with Tony Dovolani
Rumer Willis with Valentin Chmerkovskiy
??? with Whitney Carson

"Dancing With the Stars" Season 20 premieres March 16 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
