Bill Cosby will come face to face with his accuser, Chloe Goins, while serving his prison sentence behind bars, The Blast reported on Thursday. Goins first pressed her sexual assault claim against Cosby in 2016, stating that the disgraced comedian had drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2008 at a party at the Playboy Mansion. She was 18 at the time.

As part of her ongoing lawsuit, Goins pleaded for a judge to grant a request to depose Cosby and now a Los Angeles judge has granted that request, stating that the comedian has failed to provide good cause as to why it should not proceed.

According to The Blast, the deposition is expected to last two days and may take place on April 22 at SCI Phoenix, where Cosby is an inmate. Goins' legal team have requested that the deposition be recorded by a court stenographer and on video.

Goins of one of many women who have accused Cosby of sexual crimes. Cosby was found guilty in April of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for molesting Andrea Constand. He was facing a maximum of 30 years in prison, but last year Montgomery County Judge Steven T. O'Neill announced in court that the prosecution and the defense agreed to merge two of the three counts into one charge.
