Before his friend's death in 2010, Corey Feldman made a promise to fellow child star Corey Haim that he would release the names of the predators who allegedly molested them as children.  He is keeping to his word by screening the documentary "(My) Truth: The Rape of 2 Coreys," which will reveal an alleged pedophile ring in Hollywood -- but it will only be shown once, on March 9.

Feldman has struggled to find distributors for the documentary and has taken the independent route by premiering it on his website, MyTruthDoc.com.

Potential viewers can purchase tickets and will then receive a registration code to the website, which will allow them to watch it.

There has been speculation as to why Feldman has chosen to air the documentary only one time but the "Goonies" star offered an explanation in a tweetstorm fired off last week.

"PEOPLE KEEP ASKING ME....Y ONLY 1 TIME, DONT U WANT EVERY1 2 B ABLE 2 C IT?" he wrote in a tweet. "MY ANSWER IS OF COURSE I WANT A MILLION PPL 2 C IT, ALL WATCHING IT 2GETHER #LIVE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD! THIS WILL B THE VERY 1ST TIME A FILM AUDIENCE WILL EXPERIENCE A FILM THIS WAY, GLOBALLY! #Kids2"

In wake of the release, Feldman has allegedly had to employ 24-hour security to keep him safe after two separate attacks. In a recent live video on Twitter, he explained that it was "for insurance reasons when you’re putting out something like this," according to MovieWeb

"This is very, very dangerous stuff and it’s very risky stuff. You know we have to have 24-hour armed security, we don’t know what’s gonna happen."

Feldman added that there had been "two attempts" on his life in the days leading up to the documentary's premiere. "There obviously could be more, we hope not but we don’t know what’s going to happen. It’s scary, it’s very, very scary."
