A private eye claims Casey Anthony's lawyer admitted she was guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, according to an affidavit newly revealed in her bankruptcy case. Defense attorney Jose Baez pushed back strongly on that claim and on another that he was paid in sex.

The Florida mom was acquitted of murder in 2011.

Private investigator Dominic Casey said Casey Anthony's defense lawyer Jose Baez hired him after her arrest in July 2008, according to the affidavit posted online by ABC News.

"Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did," Dominic Casey said in the affidavit.

Baez denied the claims, calling Casey's statements “ridiculous,” according to the Miami Herald.

“It’s absolutely, 100-percent false,” Baez said. “He’s the last person in the world that I would share an attorney-client relationship with.”

Casey also suggested that Anthony paid her lawyer in sex, according to the affidavit:

"I arrived at Baez’s office unexpectedly one day and once again, witnessed a naked Casey. This time she ran from his private office, through the conference room to the hallway. That night I told her that she cannot allow him to continue engaging in this behavior. Casey told me she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense."

"I unequivocally and categorically deny exchanging sex for my legal services with Ms. Anthony," Baez said in a statement to People magazine. "I further unequivocally and categorically deny having any sexual relationship with Ms. Anthony whatsoever."

Baez defended his ethical standards and said he may sue over the claims, telling People: "Legal action is forthcoming."

Other claims made in Casey's affidavit include Anthony wanting to frame utility worker Roy Kronk, who eventually found Caylee's body, Anthony signing over her and Caylee's "life rights" to Baez, and providing Baez a library of photographs and videos he could sell.

“As you are aware, this information comes from an attention-seeking, delusional individual, with a history of making false and outrageous claims, not only to court officials, but to the media,” Baez said in a cease-and-desist letter to WFLA-TV.
