The most expensive home now for sale in the U.S. – $350 million – might look familiar. It was the Clampett family’s mansion in the 1960s sitcom “The Beverly Hillbillies,” Variety reported.

Entirely changed and renovated since Uncle Jed, Jethro, Elly May and Granny, the Beverly Hills property was put on the market earlier this week following the death of owner A. Jerrold "Jerry" Perenchio, the Univision billionaire who died at 86, Time noted.

Perenchio expanded the property – it now includes a former home of Ronald Reagan – and he brought in designer Henri Samuel, whose other clients included the Vanderbilts, Rothschilds and fashion designer Valentino, Money noted.

The Bel Air project reportedly took over four years to complete and a guided tour inside the house by CNBC’s Robert Frank in the video below shows why.

The 38,000-square-foot mansion, standing four stories high, comprises 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms as well as three kitchens, six bars and various other nooks.

The game room contains a four-lane bowling alley with foosball and pool tables as well as a wall of candy dispensers.

Located adjacent to the entertainment area is an auto gallery containing $30 million dollars’ worth of supercars and rare collectibles.

The house also contains a TV spanning nearly 30 feet, 130 pieces of art, and a stairway that cost $2 million dollars to build.

Outside, the property features an 85-foot infinity pool, Jacuzzi and a 20-foot TV rising up in front of the pool.

Bruce Makowsky of Bam Luxury Group, developer of the house, said the property was situated in one of the best locations and offered an excellent view.

Asked who might buy it, Makowsky said it would be somebody who wanted to enjoy life.

“This is an ultimate party house, it’s a home, and it’s really comfortable,” he said. “It has everything you have ever wanted inside the house including seven full-time staff to take care of you.”
