Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are married.
In a statement to People, a rep explained that the couple tied the knot in a "tiny and intimate ceremony." There were less than 20 people present when the pair said their vows.
"The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn't be happier," the rep added.
The wedding reportedly took place at Gomez's home in Montecito, California.
"Both Ari and Dalton love Montecito. They spend a lot of time there," a source told People. "It seems only natural that they would get married at Ari's beautiful and historic house."
Grande and Gomez began dating in January 2020 and revealed they were engaged in December. A source told People at the time that "they couldn't be happier," and were "just so excited" about the engagement.
"This is a happy time for them, both sets of parents are thrilled," the insider said.
Another source told the outlet that Grande's family "is very happy," adding that "everyone loves Dalton."
Grande was previously engaged to Pete Davidson. The pair began dating in May 2018, shortly after Grande called things off with Mac Miller. She and Davidson got engaged in June that year and split in October 2018, which was a month after Miller died from an accidental overdose.
Grande has described her relationship with Miller as "toxic." Writing in response to a tweet accusing her of dumping Miller for Davidson, she pointed out that she "cared for" Miller "and tried to support his sobriety" but he was unable to "keep his s**t together."
Speaking to Vogue about the tweet, Grande explained that the public did not see what went on behind closed doors.
"They didn’t see the years of work and fighting and trying, or the love and exhaustion," she said. "That tweet came from a place of complete defeat, and you have no idea how many times I warned him that that would happen and fought that fight, for how many years of our friendship, of our relationship. You have no idea so you’re not allowed to pull that card, because you don’t f***ing know. That’s where that came from."
Grande admitted that, after her breakup with Miller, meeting Davidson "was an amazing distraction."
"It was frivolous and fun and insane and highly unrealistic, and I loved him, and I didn’t know him," she said. "I’m like an infant when it comes to real life and this old soul, been-around-the-block-a-million-times artist. I still don’t trust myself with the life stuff."
