Bernstein Research analyst Toni Sacconaghi said, according to Reuters.
The Apple Watch, which will be introduced early next year, works with the iPhone. The watch, priced at $349, will come in stainless steel or 18-carat gold and include six interchangeable bands.
The company also introduced its Apple Pay tool, which will allow users to make payments from their iPhones without sharing personal information with merchants.
