Andi Dorfman, Josh Murray Split: 'Bachelorette' Couple Calls It Quits

"The Bachelorette" couple Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray have decided to call off their engagement.

"After several months of being engaged and working on our relationship, we have decided that it's best for both of us to go our separate ways," Dorfman, 27, and Murray, 30, said in a joint statement obtained by People. "We are very sad that it has come to this point, but this is what's best for both of us individually. We will continue to be good friends and have nothing but great things to say about each other and wish each other the best."

Rumors that the couple was in trouble go back a few months. In November, Fashion & Style reported Dorfman and Murray were delaying their original May 2015 wedding date.

Dorfman and Murray were the most recent "Bachelorette" couple. At the show's finale, many were surprised she didn’t choose Nick Viall, the last bachelor in the running against Murray. When Dorfman told him she wasn’t choosing him, he said, “I don't know how you could look at me the way you did and react the way you did and be sitting here right now saying this to me.”

Viall also revealed that the two had sex during one of their dates.

The latest “The Bachelor” show began Monday, and Dorfman and Murray were at the premiere. At the time, Dorfman told People the wedding plans were on hold while they made a home in Atlanta.
