Actress Alyssa Milano blasted London's Heathrow Airport via Twitter on Thursday after officials confiscated and threw away breast milk she had pumped for her baby.
The International Business Times reported that the 42-year-old "Charmed" actress had 10 ounces of milk confiscated because it violated the UK's 100ml rule for carry-on liquids.
The milk was intended for her second daughter, Elizabella Dylan, who was born in September.
Milano said in a statement that she didn't blame airport security staff for the inconvenience, because they were just following orders.
After a rounds of back-and-forth with Heathrow officials on Twitter, she said that she was "glad this has started a dialogue."
"My only hope is to make things easier for moms, breastfeeding and formula feeding moms, everywhere," she concluded.
Gathered below is her conversation with the airport on Twitter.
