A 325-pound Iowa man is accused of breaking into a lingerie store, trying on garments, and then using sex toys for about two hours before leaving with more than $1,000 in merchandise.

Police identified the nearly 6-foot-tall man on surveillance video footage. He had a large tattoo across his bare back that spelled out his name.

Court documents said that when Jose Angel Perales was arrested after the break-in he had "Perales" tattooed in old English lettering on his shoulders.

Perales is charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree theft for the break-in at Dr. John's Lingerie Boutique, according to the Cedar Valley news source WFCCourier.

Perales apparently entered the store through an unlocked door at around 4:10 a.m., taking his time to "[walk] around the store and [shop]," according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

Perales' size didn't stop him from dressing up in women's garments. Removing his clothes, he tried on a number of garments in the manager's office.

When he came out of the office, he was naked.

“Perales proceeded to try on female lingerie and experiment with sex toys for approximately two hours,” the report stated.

Perales left around 6 a.m. wearing a red dress. He walked away with a bag full of merchandise. Police responded to the burglary at 8 a.m. when the store opened.

Investigators went to Perales' home with a search warrant.

“Some of the taken items were located in his residence along with the clothing he was wearing the night of the burglary,” the affidavit stated.

Perales confessed to the crime after being read his rights.
